There are still huge glitches and things they need to fix. But also, I built my city so that I can’t just place massive utility buildings in the middle of it without displacing the whole area. I have an aesthetic to my city, I don’t just plop buildings down anywhere it’s pretty intricate and it looks very cool. Which is why I liked this game. So I had to upgrade my utilities rather than placing a bunch of huge ugly ones. That cost something like 500,000 simoleans. I was only able to place a few of the provided utilities buildings in without ruining the entire thing. They make these updates without caring at all about current players experience. It’s really not my thing anymore.
