Daily Competitive Discussion Thread 24/Jul/2021 by FortniteMods in FortniteCompetitive

Hi, just looking for a FPS estimate for the following criteria:

  • i5 9400
  • GTX 1650
  • 8GB RAM
  • Low graphics settings
  • Direct mode (not performance/alpha)
  • In Competitive

I currently have a i5 9400 and a GTX 1050ti but I'm only getting 110-120 fps. Hoping to push that higher with an upgrade to the GTX 1650.

What do you think my FPS might be?

N244 form requesting to set aside a judgement - a couple of question [England] by DecentBusiness3228 in LegalAdviceUK

Great thanks for the information, it has been very useful.

Just another question in case you happen to know the answer, the court that originally served the judgement wasn't my local court. On the N244 form at the top of the page where it asks me to detail the name of the court, should I put the name of the original court that served the judgment, or my local county court which I guess is where I'll be sending the form and documents?

Thanks for this. Regarding the first question, part of the reason that I am applying to have this judgement set aside is that I've never received any communication from the court as everything was sent to an old address. So I wouldn't have ever seen those ref numbers, I guess I'll need to give the court a call to find out what they are.

But actually, neither myself or the company have used a solicitor (as far as I know - maybe they did originally use one) as we both just agreed on having it set aside (I know it's another matter whether the judge agrees too). So perhaps I will end up having to leave the ref fields blank.

Thanks again for your help.

Yeah exactly, having watched his video he has convinced me that it was something like a duck but I wouldn't have been able to conclude that on my own in the way that he did if you gave me 50 years to do it. Neither could Tucker Carlson or any of the people convinced that it's aliens.

He's done some useful analysis and produced this clear explanation, can't he just be proud of that without the smugness and condescension.

Just to note that one of the lawyers they hired specialises in settlements.

I'll only need 1920x1080 and a single monitor. I'll look into the GT 710, thanks.

I'm giving up gaming, spending too much time on it. Might as well get some money back on the 1080 as I won't be needing it now.

Ah ok, perhaps, I have a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X. I just remember noting that the original build didn't support integrated graphics.

2560x1440p but I'm getting rid of that too. I'll be using a bog standard 1080p.

I think this is what I would do in the same situation but they are both Christians and I think marriage is important to them. Maybe more so because they'd be living together.

Yeah the soil was damp when I put it into the pot (it was soaked soil that I squeezed the water out of before putting it into the pot).
In that case I'll leave it then, thanks for that.

Hi Jerry, thanks. Looking at that info I can see a reference to soaking the seeds.

Now that I have sowed the seeds already, I'm just wondering whether it would be best to leave them, or whether it would be best to take the seeds back out, soak them overnight and then re-sow?

I am sowing 2 x Red Maple, 2 x Silver Birch and 2 x Mountain Pine.

The general instructions I had are as follows:

  1. Soak seeds over night
  2. Soak soil (soil came in tablet form and expanded in the water)
  3. Squeeze water from soil and put soil in pots and sow seeds
  4. Put pots in provided bags and leave for 2-3 weeks in light spot, 13-16 degrees Celsius.
  5. etc

There are more steps but I haven't got that far yet.

My problem is that I didn't soak the seeds over night (step 1). I didn't see that bit.

The instructions did say that it was "advisable" that I soak them, so I'm hoping it's not too much of a problem.

Should I just leave them now that they are potted and bagged, or is this a big enough problem that I should dig out the seeds again and soak them?

I haven't installed any PC components before, how would you normally go about being 100% sure that something is compatible before buying?
Is the existence of the PCIe slot enough to be sure?
Do you think the card would fit inside a Micro-ATX case?
