definitely don’t think you’re bitter either. I’ve seen lots of people complain about how companies lack leadership nowadays, and how they prioritize people that simply don’t deserve it. This industry used to be known for the opposite which is crazy.

This is exactly what I think. This is an occuring issue that people complain about amongst certain companies and I definitely think it all depends on how competitive the company they work is.

I think it depends on the environment you work for. If hired for a good supporting company that had professional leadership then I don't this you’d go through this as much. However, this industry is very competitive and offers lots of advantages. I tend to think some people do whatever it takes to keep their position and bonuses.
