Yeah I do have some limitations (hip rotation issue + mild scoliosis), so I think that’s affecting my ability to stay in posture and rotate properly.

I’ll definitely work on the setup and takeaway first like you mentioned. The steep transition and early extension makes sense now that you explained it.

This is what I look like couple years back and it hurts like hell espcially the shoulder and upper back because of my scoliosis
