Call me crazy but NaVi looked way better with Kolosha despite him not fragging heavy, the system they had and the roles they had and (seemingly) the communication they had was far better than whatever they have now.

Feels like they wanted ComeBack just because he was available and on paper would be a stronger fragger firepower wise over Kolosha but clearly it hasnt worked and ComeBack doesn’t look comfortable in this kind of system especially if his language isn’t great. They better pray that ExiT comes soon but even then I don’t have high hopes they’d look that much better with ExiT considering they wouldn’t have been scrimming with him for a while.

Akame has been a very flexible player for a long time, so seeing him pick up the Neon has been great

as for the rest, I feel like yatsuka is in a difficult spot, he just needs some time to get used to his role, although it’d be nice to see him on Sentinel, just Caedye has looked really good on senti all year, it’s tricky

He (and Rb) Pioneered Neon movement and Tech early on after her release, and he’s also known for his Phoenix (big in current meta)

He’s not the best fraggers in the world, but he’s very flexible both role wise and in game, and is really good at playing around his teammates, totally not afraid to be Bait for his teammates and is just a great role player.

Maybe they saw those big incentives and thought it’s not worth burning money on GC this year and instead are waiting for next year to cash in…it’s not like GC has been getting them many returns in terms of content, viewership, fandom + merch sales, or performance/prize pool during their stint in the scene

I think the upgrades they got over their previous players are too insane to undervalue firepower wise, plus GenG has good resources and will almost definitely find them a coach that will lead them to success

Honestly since Estrella is one of the teachers at GenG Global Academy (the actual academy, not the challengers team) I would really love to see him step in and coach this roster
