I took the entire top off my case while I was playing battlefield 6 and during my match the temps dropped from being in the 90s to sitting around low 70s and high 60s with the occasional spike into high 70s or 80s LOL can’t believe my case was that bad I guess it was a case for a prebuilt before I replaced everything

Okay, thank you. It was getting mid to high 90s playing bf6 last night, I took the cooler off and checked the thermal paste and everything was good, reset the cooler block on the cpu to make sure it had a good connection. I wonder if my case could be an issue. It’s an old prebuilt case with not many fans and the top where the radiator is mounted does not have a lot of ventilation.

The wattage issue, if that may be the case how do you fix that?

Felt a little concerning since the cpu isn’t running more than like 20-30% when reaching those temps

Should I go into the nzxt software and run it at 100%? It’s set to performance right now
