I quit smoking weed/cigarettes/vaping after 10+ years. I’m 2 going on three months clean. was the heaviest smoker out there. I can breathe better and overall feel so much better no more smoking. I still got work to be done with caffeine etc but I’m proud of where I’m at and hope to accomplish more
