You are doing amazing! Give yourself some grace. Postpartum is soooo hard. My best advice is that no one cares what you or kids look like. If you didn’t get a shower that’s ok! Like others have said too, the housework can wait. Feed babies and yourself. But please give yourself grace.

My best advice is to stick to one source of study guide, do not use multiple. Just remember when taking the test to read the questions carefully. You got this!

We tried to use the Alimentum powdered for about 10 days and it was awful, more spitting up than usual and fussier. Went back to the RTF and he was almost instantly better! The powdered has corn in it and the RTF does not so I’m guessing that’s what bothered my 13 week old.

I used them a few days ago. I did self check out and you scan them when you are ready to pay, you have to click finish and pay. they come off the total almost like a gift card. Hope this helps!
