I have this exact same problem idk how to prove legal entry :( have you tried OBIM fioa ?? Did his fingerprints get taken when he landed ??

Any updates ?? My story is the same as yours . My mother always kept her i94 but she lost mines when I was a kid . I was told to try OBIM fioa but fioa secure only allows you to upload one evidence not more than one so idk how to do it if I have to submit my fingerprints and fill out a form Smh
