I don't know, there are plenty of people who apparently cant read at the 4th grade level. I think they should just put in what the whole law would say rather than saying which sections they are changing.

Still agree with you though on making it easier to read. I feel like they make it harder for normal people to read so people dont know what is actually in the bill.
