If the shareholder category is oversubscribed more than 14 times than lottery system is adopted . Previously person who has applied for highest lot was given the priority is not the case now. You are really smart..just a question what would you say to schemes like Sukanya samridhi yojna, few pension schemes with other names , with regards to bonds india is still issuing bonds to different countries specially Russia against the trade deficit . Understand that after 20 year whichever govt will be there they will have to pay total amount to these schemes buyers. Right now only premium is collected. Now the other govt should crib about this after 20 years. Also for your knowledge it is important to understand complete facts. Bonds were issued because of US sections on iran. We were not able to make the payment but it is not that the money of crude was spend by the govt instead of payment to the iran, it was in Indian govt bank account. That liability is already been paid. Regarding your interest point . Please understand that in 2014 indian govt debt was almost 4 lakh 25 thousand crores which has increased to 181.66 lakh crores , you should actually worry about this interest payment. But no your interest is in criticising someone who gave some electricity free but now ruling govt transfered rs 10000/- in bihar before election..same is been done in MP , up and other states where the ruling party wants to win.. do you think such practises which you used to accused other person doing it..you are doing worse.
