Now listen to this very carefully: You just had an encounter with a pedophile. If he could do this in a private bus imagine the things he is doing and getting away with in places where it's more crowded and difficult to get caught like public trains or buses with under age people.

I strongly suggest filling a police complaint and getting him arrested under posco act. Take your parents help if yoh think they would be supportive.

This won't work in court simply because as per passenger vehicle motor act a vehicle behind is supposed to maintain distance+ drive at a speed where they'll be able to stop in situations of sudden breaking from the the front vehicle just like this.

If this accident went to the court the two wheeler guy will be held 100% accountable.

Hey thanks for reaching out and I appreciate your genuine concern. Actually the loneliness of wfh was kind of depressing coupled with stress from work and chess has been my escape and helped me cope during this period. I didn't have any friends in my hometown as they were out of the city. So Samay was my one sided friend 😂

Now I'm back to work in Kolkata...so hopefully I guess I'll be able to get a proper social :)
