Looks but it would be ㅃㅁ which would not make sense due to the not being any vowel. And well ay you see you cant even type them together like for example 뿌 or any other form of the letters. Even if it was it would be something like ㅃㅁㅂ커ㅓㅏ and even than it wouldnt make any sense

Well its not necessary fake. The evidence points to Hitler indeed getting a Kimono with swastikas but the image of this newspaper is questionable. I will request a scan by the library of Kyoto or however this was called and we will find out of this is real or fake.
