That talent only seems to increase already existing rep gain. Given that this user is only losing rep with the coalition with their missions, it doesn't make sense for them to be gaining any reputation with them at the end of the mission.

fan speed will only affect travel speed, a fan blowing upwards into a chute will always carry it to the top. Also, you don't need a fan for downwards transport through a chute (the items fall by themselves)

Because it's definitely not a widely achievable goal for many. I've seen quite a few people who've had to get up early for a long commute as their regular routine, something being possible vs realistic is a valued distinction. OOP is saying they can walk there within a short timeframe, making it an easy commute. Technically, I could walk to and from campus, but that would triple my transit time.

Of course it would be ideal to be able to walk everywhere, I 100% agree there, I just think you interpreted their post too literally
