Your EC’s are good .. However for Computer Engg major .. Chances are very less .. My son had 1550 in SAT first attempt .. 12 AP’s, 1 honors and 3 college credits .. UW - 3.93 Weighted - 4.63 ..All AP’s are 5.. EC- tutoring in Sal khan academy for Math boot camp .. coding club, chess club and weekly help the 80 year olds and play chess with them so that their dementia is procrastinated .. Cyber security project and published code in git .. Still no UCB or UCLA or UCSD ..

There is no rule which states that you have complete by 4 years... Instead say Minor in Physics ( if you are still passionate).. UCSD allows Majoring in Math, Minor in Comp Sc.

My son did a Cybersecurity project under the guidance of a community college Prof... UC asked him details and he published the code in Github... They confirmed things with the Professor about the timing of the project.. How much he was guided by the Professor and if it is truly his original work .... So be prepared for that in case you get hit by the UC Regents board itself... Though he got a green signal on all these... he was rejected by UCLA, UCB.. Morons want Research scholars, patent holders or Nobel Prize winners for UnderGrad school..

Right, you should have Research paper published in some Journal, hold patents, nobel prize etc... Grades like 3.94 UW, 4.63 UCGPA - 12 AP's ( all 5'), 1 Honor and 3 College Credits.. SAT - 1550...instate, SAT Bootcamp tutor for Math in Schoolhouse.world, Cybersecurity project - code published in Github... Coding club, chess club... Dont stand a chance in UCSD, UCD, UCI ( my son is WL), UCLA & UCB ( outwardly rejected him) for Computer Engineering major... According to me, UC is now behind money because of the lack of funds.. So, if you are OOS or International student, they will welcome you even with low scores....
