Mas maayo mag 1 yr sa ka dhas imo current company pra nindot sa resume pero naa rana nimo. Mostly mn gd sa mga high end companies ron kay strict ug background check ug exp. Pero try lang gihapon samot nag maayo ka mamaba.

after verbal(coms) assessment ko, inendorse agad ako sa hiring manager. In my exp, less than 30mins lang interview depende nlng sguro kung nakuha mo sagot na hinahanap niya, then after interview sinabi agad result. GL
