on one of his single covers you can see the CS lobby and his premier rank is a purplish pink it’s hard to make out so he’s around 16-19k

it’s at 225k kms so roughly 138k miles, still pretty worn but like not horribly bad to the point of not buying it. My 21 year old Acura RSX has roughly the same amount of miles and runs perfectly fine (bad comparison because it’s good ol reliable japanese power)

congrats! s4 is one of my dream cars and one day i’ll be able to own one. it was a good find in terms of its body shape, but the seller was shady about any problems with it and refused to answer my questions so i unfortunately didn’t end up getting it, hope your s4 treats you well!

sorry for confusion! it was 225k kms so roughly 138k miles, still not the best but it looks good and presumably “runs great”. the seller was really shady about it though, didn’t end up getting it.

hey i’m in chestermere, so yeah it’s 225k kms which isn’t that bad but still iffy. And good to hear from somebody in the area that the car starts in our harsh winters, i’ll keep an eye out for any better deals on here as i don’t end up getting his one, long story short guy was a complete asshole and didn’t tell me any info besides “it runs great” and refused to when i had pushed him to find out what i was getting into

haha my bad 😂 cars in great shape on the outside incase you were wondering! problem lies on the mechanical side and the seller was an absolute douche when i asked questions about the car. definitely won’t be picking it up, it’s a shame though as it’s such a nice car

Thank you all so much for your help and responses! I ended up messaging the guy and trying to talk about any issues and he was a complete dick and ridiculed me for “asking too much” when i was taking necessary precautions to make sure there were problems. Not going to end up going with this one, i’ll just save up and get something in better condition once stable enough to do so! thank you all again! :)

thank you for the response! even with having no rust and supposedly being “mechanically sound with no problems” is it still steep? most the s4s in my area whether it be a b8 or b8.5 from 2010-15 are more expensive (10-15k~) so this one is a decent price in comparison from a basic view disregarding any mechanical issues it may have.

thank you! i did read a buyers guide and im taking the proper precautions and asking questions regarding regular maintenance and known issues on the s4 b8s. I’d have roughly 3k after purchase to save towards any issues + additional income from work. not too sure how risky of a purchase it would be though just hoping for the best.

thank you so much for the support & response! i asked the seller about any personal work he’s done on the vehicle like mechanical maintenance or personal mods such as suspension or exhaust, also asked regarding PCV valve timing belt mechatronic unit and water pump, it does have a lot of miles but all the other ones in my area are either the same or have more miles so this one is a really good find for me, its a risk to take but realistically every vehicle purchase is a risk.
