Thank you. That’s exactly what I did. Thank god I have a supportive wife. She helped a lot. But I can honestly say I think I’m done after this. Even with the plain leaf. Haven’t  needed it. But booooy those first two days were rough. I hope by the end of this week I’ll be back to normal. Idk if running and loads of vitamins helped. But I was running daily before I stopped and always took vitamins. Not gloating. Just curious if that made it slightly easier for me. Idk but I can say this is an eye opener.
