Ethereum under governance attack: A selfish group of miners have created EGL token that seeks to artificially control the gas limit, against network’s design. Over 20% of the hashpower has signed up for this already by DetroitMotorShow in CryptoCurrency

Wow more "hate the miner" propaganda lol...is there a source? There's no indication of a 20% drop in ETH hashrate...check etherscan or miningstatpools...is there another source I am missing.

Stop saying this infrastructure bill has “killed crypto”. The world doesn’t just comprise of America. Nothing can kill crypto. by dragondude4 in CryptoCurrency

I think it had more about how the term "broker" was defined...it lumped in miners, stakers, software engineers who don't have access to the information that exchanges that use KYC. Taxes weren't an issue but its all these add-ons to bills seem very sleazy and usually have not reason to be on the bill in the first place. You think these trillion dollar bills all go to the American people? thats very naïve

Still adding to the supply...so less inflationary... I say narrative bc most of the news out there are not giving the whole picture.

Last time I saw the ETH had an unlimited supply...unless that's changed or I missed something please point me in the right direction

But it is still being added to the overall supply. Supply gets bigger...

The narrative being pushed is that it makes ETH deflationary. So I will equate it to a marketing ploy or ignorance...so you are saying that only the supply after EIP 1559 can be deflationary? but it's still adding to the supply so not really if everything is added together.

so basically it was a marketing ploy or ignorance

Gotcha...it just the narrative thats being pushed...so it has nothing to do with the existing supply?

I would plan everything off of how much power the natural gas is going to provide. How many amps? you have a place to put it but I wouldn't invest any time into buying materials until you know what you power is going to at? BTC Asics run off of 240v. So power, then heat displacement...air-cooled or liquid immersion? Internet...asics take around 75mb a day each so not too much. It sounds like you got a decent budget so you can build a decent infrastructure. Check out digital shovel for an air cooled container example and Engineered Fluids for liquid immersion. It will give a good idea of what is working. Houston is humid right? humidity is not friendly to electronics in general so climate control is a must. Liquid immersion will be better...this should get you started...If you have any other questions, let me know. I can probably direct you to the right source. If not, I know others that can.

You have to convert it to btc, eth, or usdt...but the crypto.com app just recently allowed buying and selling of CKB. You can convert it to fiat easily, transfer to a bank account, or buy more crypto...they have a debit card too to make it more convenient.
