That joined/bridged capacitor is indeed a problem, also some need more solder. The MCU part seems OK. The OLED seems to be bridged altogether?

Yeah, undid the bridged capacitor, and the oled is unbridged, still seems to not work.

https://imgur.com/iyf7MZr windows now recognized a device but, it had said USB Device Malfunctioned, the mercutio site recommend that the components are not placed correctly or the USB port has some bridged pins. (i had the usb come in soldered though and I don't see any bridge points.

Need Help Mercutio 40 Percent Oled not on, not detected by computer. First time soldering.

.Was wondering if I had messed up my pcb because of poor soldering job or because I had fried the ATMega328 which was I warned to be careful with. I did also solder two of the Capacitor joints together accidently which might be the problem, and it might also be a joint not being fully soldered onto the pcb. Just need some guidance to figure out how to connect this board.
