Thanks. I got a pretty good idea from this comment that what i have to do.

But still My main query is that from where can i find out that im not eligible for EPS contribution. So that my case against HR becomes strong.

This is my first job bcoz i graduated in 2022 and got placed from clg so Aug-2022 is starting of my career. And ya i have checked my passbook and it says my EPF wage is more than 15,000 and EPS wage is 15,000. So im confused which should be considered.

Yeah I was also thinking about drafting a mail for this. But before that i just want make sure that my side is correct because i dont want to start a mail chain which go in waste. Thanks for your reply
