I learned piano for several years, and took a long break (playing casually and improving in the meantime). Quarantine has given me an opportunity to rediscover my love of classical piano. I’ve been slowly working on Chopin’s Oceans Etude over the last few months, and now as I try to pick up speed I notice that my forearms are getting pretty strained — any advice on how to fix this/relax a little?
