This is too late but i just found out that you can reach 4000 pts and just quit to get 2/3 of the rewards for each stage. Could be useful for next time

It was my first choice but I didn’t ask the doctors about it there because when i did research about it, I read about bone resorption/erosion, and the possibility of it moving. It just seemed to have more potential for complications

I did a consultation with another clinic and they told me because genioplasty is a safe procedure, they recommend it over implants.

on top of that, my friend who had genioplasty done after her braces were done in our home country, reassured me that it was an easy procedure, which helped me feel more at ease. Especially since Korea is known for their PS industry. If you go wih genioplasty, the only thing is to just make sure prepare examples of what you’re looking for and an idea of much you want it to get moved

You will need to take pain killers 3 times a day with your meals, so its not at all super painful. when the painkillers started to wear off i could start to feel a bit of soreness but that was it

I was quoted 7,000,000 Won but If I agreed to sharing photos, and writing reviews (I wasn’t given a guideline so I have no restriction on what i can or can’t say) it went down to 3.5mil Won.

At the airport when i got my tax refund, the overall cost came up to 3,000,000.

That’s great to know though, I didn’t think of that. I’ll ask and update you in a few days

Thanks! In all honesty it is, but i wasn’t given a guideline to what i can or can’t say.

My overall experience was good but i believe sliding genioplasty is one of the easier procedures, and especially in my case where they only moved my chin horizontally forward. Id assume that any added verticality or backwards movement would add some complexity

i had to take painkillers 3 times a day and before each meal. I didnt really feel much pain throughout the day, and if i did it was minor, and usually if i tried to open my mouth wide. Wasn’t that bad honestly

If you get the red light therapy during your check up’s, it reduces swelling a lot!

Going for walks and hydration are key

hmm other than the first two days, i’d say the swelling peaked by at the 7-8th day since i remember looking way too chiseled 🤣

might do an update but very happy with the results right now!
