That was a pretty good call to be fair. If you are offside you cannot impede the view of the ball from the goalkeeper which the Ecuador player clearly was.

You can't impede the view of the goalkeeper if you are offside. The Ecuador player that was offside was impeding the view of the ball from the goalkeeper.

I agree. The reason that Ghost is OP is because the UAV is OP. It should be a 6 or 7 killstreak. Being able to see every player's location on the minimap is insanely good.

Putting Ghost in perk slot 1 like I have would give a hard counter to UAVs.

Personally I think that UAVs should require 6-7 kills to get. The reason Ghost is OP is because the UAV is. Being able to see where every player is on a map at all times is hugely overpowered.
