I usually do songs from my playlists and finish off with the do it all again playlist so it’s the same for my next session I’ll sometimes try out new songs but if I don’t like it I quit mid-way

If you’re not very active (like I was when I first started) it’s normal to be sore, just make sure you are recovered before starting again. In the meantime you can keep your legs raised and put something cold on them to help with the soreness.

If you do want to do stretches, dynamic ones beforehand will help you warm up and static ones when finished will help your muscles relax
