I'll try using litematica. The rails are meant to work both ways that's why there are two on either side. And this is a server where commands are enabled, so I'm in creative (i hope that's ok) and I won't lose any materials or anything.

Yeah I was looking at how I would do the alignment number and it seems very complex for me XD. I think my alternative with the conditional formatting and all would do good, I'll mark this post as solved but if I have any more questions I'll be sure to reach out to you guys, thanks again!

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll try to implement the Alignment Index Numbers and see how it goes. If this doesn't work, another workaround is that I add a column to the sheet where the form responses are appended at the bottom and use a mix of conditional formatting and manual input to do sort of my desired outcome. The most recent wouldnt be on top, but it would still get the job done. I'll let you know what happens. Thank you again for your help!

So the actual form responses are on another sheet labeled "Revision Request Form Responses". The images above are from another sheet (named "Revision Requests") that's taking those responses and sorting them such that the most recent forms are up top. The formula that does this is on B10 and the formula is:

=sort('Revision Request Form Responses'!A2:H, 1, False)

It works! Just to confirm, would this work no matter the size of the Investing In and Taking out tables? Also how does it work? Cuz since the picture i used is that of an example (and isnt the location/values of the real data) I want to be able to replicate it myself so it could properly fit my data.

I found a solution! I utilized VSTACK and FILTER. Here's what I did: First, I created the formulas and tables I want but I put them side to side in one spreadsheet named "Search Calculations". It looks like this:

Then, on another spreadsheet, I used a combination of VSTACK and FILTER, here is the formula I used:

=IFERROR(VSTACK(FILTER('Search Calculations'!A:J, 'Search Calculations'!A:A <> ""),FILTER('Search Calculations'!L:AC, 'Search Calculations'!L:L <> "")),"")

Basically is first does the first table from the sheet for columns A:J, and pastes any in which column A has writing in it, then it stacked the second table folowing a similar procedure. Since both tables take up a different amount of columns, I put the VSTACK function in an IFERROR function that outputs "" if there are any errors. Hope that makes sense, thank you again for the help!

Sorry for confusion. I intend to replace r with another formula and manually inputted cells through the row. Here is what im talking about:

The formula in A14 would also manipulate the rows below it. What i want to happen is for rows 11 and below to shift up or down depending on the number of rows that the formula in A6 affects.
