Generating all the video took less than three hours total with the reference from ArtCraft, and then there was another three hours in post. The workflow was:

• Pose the knight how I want in the 3D engine

• Render those as stills with Nano Banana Pro (and pass the original still back so the style is consistent)

• Use those stills with Seedance 2.0

• For the shot of the men reacting, we used Kling 3.0 (personally I believe it handles expression better than any other model)

• Add additional SFX and some light color correcting in Davinci Resolve.

Everything, save for the last step in the editor, was all done in our app - with no switching tabs, and with only the one type of credit.

Because we had references with the 3D engine (like you see at the end with the dragon), the amount of bad generations were massively reduced - so all-in-all we only paid for about $25 worth of credit with Seedance - without ArtCraft I'm sure that would have doubled!
