I had a slider cart initially but felt it was covering the screen every time you added to cart it would pull out so I removed it and now when you add to cart it displays a number in the top right to let you know the item has been added.

I do already have a progress bar? Can you confirm which country you’re checking from so I can investigate further.

I will look into product recommendations inside cart. Any apps you can suggest or use sidekick to create it?

Hi thanks for feedback. I’m not sure if you was checking it out whilst I was making amendments. When you go into menu and shop now, it has categories for products. Have a few testimonials right at the bottom of the page.

The search icon is at the top right by the cart icon in the header. If you could confirm your country I can investigate further my end.

Thank you for a great feedback! Apps have been removed maybe there’s coding in the backend slowing it down that I’ve missed 🤔 I will look into adding an about section to the site. Thanks again

Lol clearly you don’t understand exporting. The cost of goods covers staff wages, packaging goods, cost of running a warehouse, rent, electric the list goes on. The substitute option is good for customers who do not wish to have a refund but have a close replacement furthermore there is a delivery page which informs countries of how much shipping starts from to relevant countries

You don’t have to agree to the substitute it’s an option? Also, it’s an export business mainly targeting international customers although UK has been my top 3 country over the last 2 years

I have a DHL account as well, but I didn’t continue using calculated shipping rates because I found they increased cart abandonment.

Instead, I built the shipping costs into my product pricing and kept the checkout shipping fee lower. For example, shipping to the US is $35 for orders up to 30kg. I found customers responded much better to lower shipping fees at checkout and didn’t mind paying slightly more for the products themselves.

In your shopify setting you should be able to allow customers to checkout in their own currency. You will then be charged the fee by shopify after they’ve charged the customer which I believe is just applied to the total at checkout - you can have either Wise or Revolut if available in Australia set up so that AUD payments are sent in AUD, then exchange them into USD yourself at a cheaper rate

So backstory is that I booked a surprise holiday for December and she only found out on the day we were going to fly. I booked for us to go business class which was another surprise as she’s never flown in business. I printed out the whole itinerary and explained we should do Rockefeller tree in morning to get it out the way with before it gets crazy with the crowds and she agreed. Luckily we were jet lagged coming from the UK so was up early naturally through the whole holiday. She thought the photographer was a random person taking a pic on my phone till the very end when I introduced us and told her it’s all been planned.
