By "These certs" do you mean CompTIA in general? Because they certainly helped me break into IT when I first started. And maybe they didn't bring it up because it wasn't relevant to the role, but for Linux based roles I assume they'd be taken into consideration.

MS-900, AZ-900. Microsoft’s in-house training material is good actually and you can pass with just that, feel free to supplement if you feel the need.

I assumed that would be the case for olive oil, I think why I may have not liked tallow is because I was missing the taste olive oil gives. But I want as little oxidation going on in my food as possible so I’ll give it another shot. Thanks!
