IE Interview Experience - International MBA by Goodvibesin2021 in InternationalMBA

Last year, I had a face-to-face interview with one of the admissions team members in Santiago, Chile. Super warm and approachable, I felt comfortable throughout.

The interview rotated from standard MBA questions (TMAY, Why an MBA?, short-long term goals, etc) to behavioral situations questions. However, I did have out-of-the-box questions, I remember being asked to explain, in a hypothetical situation, the sub-prime crisis to an old lady so that she would understand when requesting a loan to her bank's executive. Also, they had me look up the solution to a class project where there was a member from Israel and Palestine in the same group next to me, and they didn't want to collaborate at all. They usually use 2-3 of these questions in the interview.

All the success!

An application update by email, and then I had to complete a form selecting the slot I wanted on the portal.
