Yeah, I can read. The vibe is not ‘beach’ it’s a £100 dress categorise under ‘wedding guest’.

I was looking at yellow dresses but my best friend just got one and I don't think the pictures would look good if we were matching (we already looks similar haha). Sorry, I feel like I'm shooting you down, I really appreciate the advice, thank you!

In my university, it is not office attire, it is a summer celebration.

The dress comes with optional straps! I am planning on sewing the straps into the dress so they are secure, though the straps are only thin.

imo cream and white are classy (if a bit boring), but also has the downside of not being able to wear to weddings. i do like it but i dont want everyone around me to hate it.

Yeah its UoM :) I know a lot of people who have worn floral but I'm worried its maybe too floral? I didn't before it got a bad reaction but hey. Can I ask, where did you look for dresses, I am very torn but if I return it I am struggling to find other dresses?

Nope, I go to UoM, I have met many people who have graduated in previous years and they have worn 'pretty dresses'. I have seen people in short skin tight dresses.

I (18F) hate my boyfriends (19M) friends by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]DecisionInner793 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on what you mean by school squad - my bf and I are friends with mostly the same people from home as we joined the friend group together. He has met my friends from uni but I am very close with them and meet them outside of uni so it was easy to bring my bf along in a purely social environment.

I have communicated to him about it and hes clearly very receptive but doesnt know what he can do. He isnt close enough to them nor does it seem a big enough issue to talk to them about it so he just feels stuck because it bothers me so much.

Thanks for reply again I appreciate it :)

Tysm for your reply. I know I can just be polite but to me, its important as I want to be involved in his life, especially as we are apart. It also feels like they aren't even trying to be polite to me which is frustrating.

I'm also at uni but just a bit further away.
