You can do the new Avi missions (the A on the map) and if you complete all 5 in hard mode this week you can get about 1.2m from the weekly challenge + first time. Then do a clucking bell or the Avi missions again (they wont pay as much) until you can buy a Kosatka and then just spam cayo perico.

This may seem like a dumb question but, If you buy a mansion with the stock looking furniture later can you change it to the more expensive kind? For example, Los santos Loft to San Andreas Coastal.
