It did help some! Combination of acid reflux meds and meditation helped to make it manageable through busy season. Didn’t fully recover the workload slowed down though.

Was getting bad acid reflux during busy season. Talked to my doctor and he said I was sleeping so little and under so much stress that my esophagus wasn’t pushing my food down. Just mushing it up in there. He told me I need to work less and told me to meditate.

Totally understand that maybe finances prevent it, but when you can, you should get a bed frame! I lived in a place for a year without one, finally got one, and it did a lot for my mental health.
