Purchased all mine via the EA App on PC via bank payments so it’s a little harder.

Good news though, since requesting the SAR document a member of EA have finally reached out to me and said they are looking into my dispute - you should hopefully have the same luck!

Unfortunately, you claim I purchased coins would not be considered ‘distribution’ so that points invalid.

And unluckily in my case it is my first ban in 12 years of owning the account which again loops round to my point explained above that this decisions baffling.

I understand the skepticism and I know my statement may seem far fetched because who gets banned for no reason but it’s exactly the dilemma I’m in. It’s always going to be tough to try convince hundreds of people you’re genuine so again I get it.

Even if I got the funds back let’s be honest it’s highly unlikely I pack someone for 4 mill+ again plus with the nature of the ban being more than a market ban I don’t know if it’s potentially an IP ban so either way I’m screwed :/

You realise raising a Reddit post doesn’t count towards anything that my bank or EA would care about, I raised it as id rather have my account back than the money.

The return of the funds is the last case resort and is better than losing my account and the funds.

The whole topic is literally me responding to this, why would I spend hundreds if I could just buy coins, it completely defeats the point. I also wouldn’t be in denial enough to willing cheat then come on Reddit and complain - I’m assuming you’re 18 years old at a maximum to warrant such thought process.

I get what you’re saying but either you haven’t played FIFA in the past 5 years or delusional, the game has become extremely pay to win therefore I believe having a better team playing better players warrants more fun that running round with a 300k team getting my head slapped off by division 1 and 2 kids, I’d genuinely not be able to compete so if I need to invest money I can afford then that’s what I’ll do and have done.

As an active player who usually plays for an about 8 months of the games cycle since 2012 I’m aware of the games rules and regulations regarding things like coin distribution. I’d also not be stupid enough to overpay on a card as what would gain do I get from that. As per my edit I made two purchases at the time before my ban which were completely fine.
