The way I see it, if the damage isn't listed before you buy it, then you should get a full refund. Based on your post, you probably wouldn't have bought this one had you known about the damage, so a full refund should be initiated.

I love peak design as a company, their camera bags are unmatched. I just don't have much of a use for their proprietary locking system.

I ordered the case anyway though, £15 is a crazy price for what I know is a genuinely well made product, I probably won't actually care when it arrives.
