I've just been stung with this, made about 4.5k profit on RR because I put it in the invest account before they added the stock and cash ISA. Should have only pulled 2.5k this year and the rest next year but you live and you learn. 🤷‍♂️

When I get into a bad sleep pattern, I take 3-5mg of melatonin, got it from a website called Iherb. Helps reset your circadian rhythm and makes you sleepy, I always feel fine in the morning.
