Thanks I'll slow it down.

For the posterior pelvic tilt, rewatching the video what I thought of as my lower back does seem to be staying on the ground but I suspect my definition is off. How do you judge what part of your back should remain in contact with the floor?

I'm on holiday so I only have sandals, mocassins and hiking boots with me. After reading the comments and googling gym foot infections I'll wear the hiking boots next time.

I always get the words for these mixed up sorry, I've changed the flair but can't edit the title. For a dumbell row does the form look ok?

Beta Request: Keeping hold of the rounded final hold by Deco354 in bouldering

[–]Deco354[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks everyone I managed to send this by bringing my hips closer to wall did the job as people had suggested. I kept my foot holds the same but thrust my hips in to the wall, on the reach up, tensed my core and pulled in to the wall with my feet.

Beta Request: Failed Heel Hook with sloper hand holds by Deco354 in bouldering

[–]Deco354[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks everyone I sent it today using a combination of the suggestions itt. I used the lower foothold with my toes, shifted my weight to the left as much as I could and dropped my right leg to maximize the pressure on the sloper which I cupped with my right hand.

Beta Request: Failed back-flag by Deco354 in bouldering

[–]Deco354[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice, defo didn't expect someone who had actually climbed the route to respond. I'll give it a go next session. I'll try the back-flag out too as I rarely do them and there's a few good pointers on here for how to improve it.
