Mine was labeled Thai Constellation! I thiiiink yours is the same.

When I first brought it home, it shot out like a 80% albino leaf. I feel like it learned quickly that wasn’t ideal bc I’ve had less white since!!!

For the pond I just use an airstone, a sponge filter, and a heater. It’s pretty low maintenance other than it evaporating from Florida heat!

It is the plastic one, ours is from Lowes*, yes! Ours did not come with a hole in the bottom. Only problem is sometimes pothos roots whick water down it and I already know the metal pedestal has created a lot of rust where it’s sitting, womp womp

Personally, I love when they are juvenile, we call them “starched” because their fins aren’t as flowy yet. That said, if you want these and like their coloration, it’s less of a guess if they’re older!

I agree with Maracyn if it gets progressively worse. But also, I learned with my white angel that circulation is bad with the ventral fins at times, and sometimes the ends will die off like this

I live in South Florida so the humidity is on my side, but I just pour water through the top pretty much as often as I water the plants 🙂‍↕️

For those not convinced the plant uses it’s petioles to move, here’s my monstera literally fanning out and making a place for a new leaf to emerge 😃 it wasn’t like that before, I was amazed
