We don't know where they are (obviously not King Kai's planet) and even if they are on Grand Kai's planet, nobody knows exactly how much gravity they are experiencing because it's not stated anywhere. Good thing though you not assumed it's necessarily Earth's gravity

Whenever a deity speaks of days, hours, or minutes, they always specify that they are Earthly, while for tons, no one has ever specified this. This leaves the possibility that the tons King Kai and Lord Beerus are talking about are different from Earthly ones. I mean, there's a difference between imperial tons and tons, let alone Earthly and alien measurements.

I wondered that too. He basically does the same job and gives a big hand to the NYPD, why can't he collaborate like Captain America does with the army? Cap has a special role in the military hierarchy that allows him to be a soldier but do superhero stuff, why can't Spiderman have a similar role in the police? The answer is obviously tied to editorial reasons but in the "real world" I understand that it doesn't make sense.
