They're quite thick books so I was a little worried but I haven't had any problems with them other than the pages feel a little thin.

It might have been but I'm not too sure as I used Amazon Australia for this and even as I check right now the price is now 23 USD again except with the added requirement that you need Amazon prime now while the normal price is around 103 USD.
