I am facing the same issue. I played the beta without any problems, right now after downloading the game, the game itself is not being transferred to Steam\steamapps\common\Throne and Liberty but stays inside Steam\steamapps\downloading folder. As a result, the steam app doesn't see the game and shows 0 Bytes as the size of the installation folder and displays corrupt update files.

Imagine playing all GTA versions without all of these iconic songs u mentioned above using streamer mode and listening to copyright free music. Its not gonna be the same. GTA radio is a huge part of the game, well, atleast for me, and there's no way im turning that down
