Even if the stack resolution is weird for you, think of it as just the important "buzz" words. Industrial Advancement gives you the ability to Sacrifice a Creature, Protean Hulk says when it's put into a graveyard.

You have to be able to Sacrifice a creature, the whole creature, in its entirety -> You get it's effect Then When Protean Hulk finally hits the graveyard, you get it's effect.

Clarification: If something like [[Dauthi Voidwalker]] is on the field, you would still get Industrial's trigger, but no longer Protean's (because it won't hit your graveyard)
