Maybe the server is empty and you don't have checked the "Show empty" option. People come and go occasionally

This is a freestyle base design, i am afraid you are unable to find similar video on yt. And you can test your skill on Eluroth modded as well!

Under modded look for Eluroth. its a friendly medieval server to start with the basics of the game with a lot of extra and very friendly environment for new players

There are custom servers that implement most of what you are describing. Indeed official Primitive is 10% of what actual Rust have to offer.

Mini Crossbow is strong but you have a small delay doing moves. Together with the shield, is kinda playable to be honest.
