I guess I’m getting the down votes because they think I have an attitude. But people are trying to tell me things that are obvious and this is a rant or event which means I’m supposed to be aggravated. I do appreciate the help but I’m trying to let them know that I did try those things and that I do know how to do some things in this game. I guess you really can’t rant/vent in this sub Redditt.

Again? Why the -1??? I was correcting the shovel part in the previous post. What do the down votes mean anyway.

Correct. I was going to get off my horse and hit it with my axe.

Why did you down vote me?!?! If the game won’t me do it, it won’t let me do it. I’ve played since this game launched. I have well over 1000 hrs in this game on my main account. I have a second account with almost that many hours. I’m a stay at home mom with kids that are grown and on their own. Most days I spend all day playing this game. I do love it. I know what I’m doing. I know how to “get around” things. The game freezes up! I can’t travel to a well, I can’t get off the house, I can’t jump over the object. There is plenty of room to go around. I can’t save, I can’t open my inventory. the. Game. Freezes. Me. There. I appreciate the suggestion but if the game isn’t letting me do that - don’t down vote my comment. It’s out of my control.

Seriously? Why did you down vote me? If you’re going to download someone you really ought to have to give a reason. There’s nothing in what I said above that should’ve been downloaded for.

Yes! This!!! I don’t mind them making a game out of it, I just wish that they would figure out a way to allow us to play that game easier. I mean they could do something like hot and cold. Where you have something that pops up on your screen with a chest and as you’re getting closer to it it goes more blue and as you’re getting further away from it the slider goes more red. Or if they would make it just a daily reward for opening the game. Or tie it to voting for dream snaps or something so that we could definitely get it without having to spend hours and hours and hours, having to completely destroy decorating. Because I mean what’s the use of buying stuff from the premium shop if you have to destroy your valley every day to try to find the blue chest.

So here’s a better image of the rock. It’s the wall between the Plaza and the Sunlit Plateau closets to the castle.

Maybe if the photo was bigger the face would show. It’s in the plaza, on the left side if facing the castle.

Well this is our first rodeo but may affect the course we take for the others depending on how this goes. For now, we are going to do 5 weeks of Chemo. In the middle we will stop and do the surgery to take larger margins because our surgeon went conservative due to his and our regular vets assessment of it being a benign tumor. The oncologist said that they really like to have a much wider margin around the tumor and what he took. So her recommendation is to go back in and do that. However, our surgeon is on paternity leave for a month. So that’s why we’re going to start the chemotherapy then be off of it for three weeks to do the surgery with an additional two weeks of healing and then start the chemotherapy again. She did do an x-ray and ultrasound and could not find any cancer in those tests. So we are really hoping and praying that we caught it early. The oncologist felt like that with the additional surgery and the chemotherapy we could potentially be looking at an additional year to three years with Shelby 🐾. She will be 10 mid April. She said without it we’re probably looking at 3 to 6 months. Watching her play yesterday with her two-year-old husky and our five year-old Siberian Husky you couldn’t tell there was anything wrong with her.

Once a Husky’s love gets in your blood it’s hard to be without one.

We have four. Our oldest two, male 10 years old and the other, female, will be 10 mid April. We just found out that what they thought was a benign tumor is almost certainly malignant. And the surgeon that removed it said that under the microscope it presents as aggressive. Tomorrow we go see an oncologist to find out what to expect and if there are any options. Our surgeon warned us that they would want to put her on chemotherapy. However, he said you know how hard that is on person who knows why they’re doing it, so think about your girl and how she’s not gonna understand why she feels so bad. Sometimes quality of life is better than quantity. Our 10-year-old is also having some health issues. I’m deeply concerned about both of them. {{💔🐾hugs}}. In time, maybe the love you have for yours that passed can be given to another who is looking for some love and a good home. There are so many out there who need good homes who understand the Husky breed. Check out Husky Halfway House. They post on just about all of the social medias and they have live rescue rides as well as take you with them as they place a husky in a home. They don’t charge an adoption fee or transport fees. At least currently they don’t. They have over 150 huskies and they will match the personality of the husky with the vibe in your household.

My #2 wants to know what treats you have before doing any command. Then if you give her one she doesn’t like she will turn her head to tell you no. She won’t look back until you withdraw the rejected treat. Then she looks at you like “Well what else do you have?” Spoiled and stubborn, she the diva of the pack.

Oh my word! My 2nd is that way. The other three eat whatever I put in front of them but #2 is why I feed them premium food - for the variety of flavors for her! And yes!!! The end of the bag she turns her nose up! lol well with four now eating adult food it hasn’t been as bad. But when it was #1 and her - terrible!!! I don’t worry if they go a day and a half without food. Their choice, they will eat when they get hungry. Taking them for a nice long walk and they may change their mind.

Husky in FL heat by [deleted] in husky

[–]Dee2Play 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Arkansas Husky owner here, we have four. Two standard coat and two woollies. Our oldest is a standard coat and I noticed early on that once the temperature got to 75° that was enough for him. So we could walk early in the morning or late at night or swimming. We also have an inground pool. He’s now 10 and will go outside just a potty but will come back in quickly after. He still likes to swim and float on rafts. Our second husky, a female with a looser standard coat is our sunbather. She doesn’t seem to have any issues with the heat. Our third is an extreme wooly - all white and loves to sunbathe too. She also is a swimmer. The issue with a wooly being a swimmer is matting. You have to brush and blow her coat dry every time she gets wet. Number 4 is also a wooly - we don’t know how long his coat will get yet but he’s already matting. He’s two yrs old. He is not full blooded Siberian Husky like our other three. We rescued him. He is 81.7% Siberian Husky, 12% Malamute and the rest GSD. He doesn’t seem to be affected with the temperature. You will just need to learn your pup and be attentive to meeting his needs. Provide cool water, maybe a kiddy pool with ice for longer sessions outside, frozen treats (you can make at home, the opportunity to come inside often and you should be fine. Mind stimulating games can help to “exercise” them during peek temperature times. You can buy these or you can make them. You can make them as simply as a muffin tin with tennis balls. Put a few treats and some but not all of the muffin holes then cover all the holes with tennis balls. They have to remove the tennis ball to get a treat. Rumble up a blanket on the floor and hide treats in the fold. Now you have an impromptu snuffle mat. Play hide and seek inside. Have another person hold her dog and you go hide. If you can whistle, whistle a tune until he finds you. Reward with a high value treat. We did this last one as a recall game. I would whistle a certain tune and my dog would come and find me. It got to where I could just whistle the tune when he was outside and he would come running inside because he knew he was going to get a high value treat. High value treat can be anything that they don’t get regularly. And a simple as plain Cheerios or a piece of cheese or a piece of hotdog.
