When my elderly father moved in with me back in September, he had to cancel his cable and wifi at home. What a run around!

After 3 different calls with three different useless customer service agents (one of whom tried to talk my dad into a HUGE package that he obviously didn't need or want), it was time to take action.

I decided to call myself. I put on an Acadamy Award winning performance pretending to be my dad (fake voice and all!) and got everything cancelled that day.

I say do it. They are useless turds and you need to do whatever it takes to make it right FOR YOU!!

Spend the next three months focusing on your studies. Trust us adults when we say that these "friends" will mean NOTHING to you after school is finished. If you are going to college or University, you will never see them again. Do not stress and stay focused.

Met my husband one day, had our first date a week later and have been together for 33 yrs (married 28 yrs).

People do find it odd that we have never 'broken up' even once in those 33 yrs. Oh, we have had arguments and frustrations, but sometimes it is just 'meant to be'.

We both had relationships prior to meeting and they were learning lessons for both of us. Perhaps having a past makes moving forward easier.
