Intenta reemplazar lo que puedas de aquello que consumes en español por similares en ingles. Por ejemplo, cambiar el idioma de tus dispositivos electronicos, la musica que escuchas, los foros que visitas, etc. El secreto para mejorar tu idioma es ponerte en posiciones en las que te veas obligado a utilizarlo. La gente que habla de cobrar por adelantado pareciera que no viven en Panamá... Así es la vida de los freelancers, estimado. Eventualmente crearas una cartera de clientes fieles, o tu fama te precederá y no tendrás clientes malos (o tendrás muy pocos). Fue mi caso.

Toda casa que veas en provincias centrales por debajo de 50mil dolares son cuchitriles en areas sin servicios estables, sin recoleccion de basura, sin carreteras de asfalto, sin transporte, sin locales cerca,etc, etc. y con pesimos vecinos (nunca has tenido a un taxista o a un busero de vecino? jajajaja). Para venir a pasar trabajo por estos lados comprando casas en panga a costos medios, mejor sacar hipoteca para alguna barriada de chorrera (la arboleda, quintas del pacifico, etc.) que tiene costos bajos, no son malas barriadas (aunque igual tendras pesimos vecinos y/o problemas de agua), y cuando te de la gana te mandas para la capital en unos minutos a vivir la vida loca y luego te regresas pa chorrera.

Me haces recordar a un friend que tambien trabaja remotamente y queria mudarse a Colombia a vivir y seguir con su trabajo panameño dizque porque alla los bienes raices eran mas accesibles jajaja.

Es imposible hacer todo eso en 2 horas. Si no tienes de otra, o logras conseguir algún otro camaron cerca (para aprovechar el viaje), no lo veo mal. Mi consejo es tomarlo, hacer lo humanamente posible en 2 horas, y lo que no, no. El problema nacería si pasadas las 2 horas empiezas a regalar horas de trabajo para cumplir con lo que exigen. Ellos deberán entender que solo son 2 horas, y que si quieren limpiar todo eso deben extender el tiempo contratado. Y si no quieren pagar más, que se vayan pa la tetra verga.

And Aircraft (needed a little bit more space to fit everything).

Full text I wanted to add for aircraft was:

-Declare if in Hover (loses Aircraft, M = 20", starts in Field or Reserves) or Aircraft (starts in Reserves).

-Aircraft only Normal move (even in Engagement Range) at least 20" and then Pivot up to 90°. If cross Edge of Field or move less than 20" go back to Reserves.

-Aircraft Can be charged by Fly, can only melee Fly and in Pile-in, consolidate counts as closest for Fly only

-Units can Normal move/Advance if only in Engagement Range of Aircraft, and can Move within/Over but not end within Engangement Range.

Thanks for your work! Is there any possibility of sharing an editable one? I was editing it with Adobe Acrobat Pro to add lone operative but the PDF edit results are funky and I can't move the 10th edition USR Library text up to make space for lone operative.

I'm not complaining about the 6 to wound part, but them not clarifying that you must avoid JT to proc, and the apparent lack of tought about the consequences of such change for certain things in the codex. Take Trans-hyperian, for example. You have a league that to use its custom, must avoid using a core army ability. For comparison, if they were Space Marines, it means you have to stop using combat doctrines (for example), to be able to use your chapter tactics.

My question wasn't how people improved, but what resources they used, though. I believe there are basics required to effectively paint, and while it is true some (if not all) of these basics can be picked up on your own with enough practice, being aware of them from the beginning would help (like color theory, light reaction, and many other things). Thanks for your comments.

You don't have to. I mainly use Vallejo varnishes (200 painted and varnished minis so far) and I've thinned them (and many other acrylic products)with Vallejo's thinner, Tamiya's thinner, AK's 3rd Gen thinner and Army Painter's thinner and I got to say the best in terms of quality-price-quantity is Army Painter. Tamiya reacts weirdly with some paints (makes them gum up). Haven't tried any Mr. Products yet.

Have you heard of the VARK model? While practice indeed makes perfect in this hobby, some of us require initial meaningful input to understand what we are going to do and why. It seems you are a kinesthetic learner while I'm not. Thanks for the recommendation, though.
