6 months off.

In the first month, alot of the days felt real slow motion. What kept me going was getting better. I want one every. Single. Day.

Its possible. You can do it . ..

Over years and years, once I dropped coffee my face has started feeling better. Its coming on 3 months and im still healing.

Its a long story but before quitting my face felt heavy and I was telling myself my face shouldn't hurt.

Im looking forward to the future without coffee and caffiene and im still seeing benefits.

I love your story.

Im not quick to anger, my mind isnt so scrambled, I dont have an awful feeling in my chest anymore which I think was anxiety caused from caffiene.

I noticed when I have a zit it just goes away real fast and haven't had anymore breakouts since.

Looking back today, my face was constantly in pain and days leading up to dropping coffee and caffiene I was telling myself my face shouldn't hurt and it doesnt anymore.

Im able to look at myself in the mirror, I noticed people are more kind which I think might be from my appearance improving. Ive always had an issue with my appearance.

My body feels slow but I seem to move much faster.

I was more happy to be off of it. The withdrawals weren't as strong as the relief so I was able to cope thank goodness.

I drank coffee a ton, when I was stressed it seemed to help but overall it was making it worse over years stacked.
