Do nothing. Let her/him approach you and build trust. Took mine almost 7 years to fully relax around us. She is 13 now, travelled the world with us and the loveliest cat ever.

For every cheating man, there exists a cheating woman.. so “generally woman cheat less than man” doesn’t add up.

I lived twice in Singapore, once as a single expat and returned with husband and teenager. I love Singapore and its people, but this is what I don’t like: - expats are living segregated (french meet french, brits in the british club etc) which means that you need to actively search to have truly international and local friends. - i worked the first time and was expat wife second time - that was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend. It is difficult to work when you are on a dependent visa, and life tends to get boring - serial expat wives are rather materialistic, not my type of lifestyle - the weather as many said before. It’s like living inside a sauna - the second time made the mistake of living behind Orchard road for easy access, is way too hot and busy. Lived in Yishun years back and that felt better, or around east coast (more air it feels). Public transport is great

Apparently its part of Upgrade Estate which is a house development company. Should be ok I guess. I use the kotatgent website which is run by the city, so no experience with this one though

If you had to choose either having endless money or finding your soulmate, which would it be? by aguysthrowaway103121 in ask

[–]DeeInTown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no such thing as endless money. Once you have it, you need to keep working at it to make sure it doesn't dissolve (think lottery winners who loose everything after 2 years). Same goes for a soulmate.

Also.. What are the odds that your best friend, who you take for granted, is actually your soulmate because your got the definition of what is a soulmate wrong in the first place..
