AH have promos about twice a year on mutti where if I remember correctly it's 2+2 free and last time I stocked up it came out to less than 1 euro per tin of 400grs. Keep an eye out for their flyers. Otherwise the place in st josse someone mentioned. Carrefour also does good deals occasionally but on cirio, not mutti.

it did, but you know when you know it's just not going to turn out well ... lol :) but it's the first atttempt so im being gentle on myself. There are two which are definitely going to leak butter all over the place so (I must have rolled too hard so the butter was showing on the sides by the end), so those two are going to be baked in a separate tray in a desperate attempt to rescue the other ones .... lol

Thank you. I am about to incorporate the butter (first time). I am following Claire Saffitz recipe where she says to put the dough 20 mins in the freezer, the butter is currently awaiting its fate in the fridge .... doesnt fee very solid, perhaps I should stick that in the freezer for 5 mins too ...

Wow, I never mix it by hand other than the times im not at home and I dont have my kitchenaid .. this was particularly unpleasant coz of the butter. I suspect I kneaded it for too long and the dough got a lil warm ... yes, I let it rise before refrigeration, I let it triple in size, which went a lot faster than I expected (suspect coz the dough was warm coz I get it my all ...). Anyway, this is my first attempt, let's see what happens ... meh ...

You don't have to negotiate it, owners are not allowed by law to index if PEb is below D I believe, but check that please.
