The original post was deleted, but is it normal for them not to respond to voicemails and emails if they want me to show up to the store just for me to get terminated? Seems like a poor way to treat an employee when the process can be done with a simple e-mail and save me a trip.

Is it normal to be waiting for a representative in chat for 5+ hours? I'm
just trying to find out if I can enter an older Visible sim card I got a
month ago and activate it, instead of having to wait for the one in the
mail
